Refund & Cancellation
Clear, fair refund terms across every service.

Guruji bookings
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled ritual: 90% refund (10% retained towards platform processing). Within 24 hours: refunds are at the guruji’s discretion. Materials/travel expenses paid directly to the guruji are non-refundable once incurred.
Gemstones
Sealed, unconsecrated gemstones may be returned within 7 days of delivery, with original packaging and certificate intact. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection. Energised or personalised gemstones cannot be returned once consecrated.
Astrology consultations
Cancellations more than 4 hours before the session: full refund. Less than 4 hours: refunds are not guaranteed. If the astrologer cancels, a full refund or reschedule is offered.
Vedic Library
Subscriptions are non-refundable once any content is accessed within the billing cycle.
Donations
Donations are voluntary, religious in nature and non-refundable. If a duplicate transaction occurs, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
Processing timelines
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days. UPI/wallet refunds typically arrive in 24–48 hours.
