By accessing or using the Vedic Bharat Sansthan platform you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or transact. By using the platform you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• All gurujis listed are KYC-verified by the Sansthan but operate as independent practitioners.
• Booking is confirmed only after full payment. Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled ritual entitles you to a 90% refund.
• Materials, travel and out-of-pocket expenses are payable directly to the guruji unless explicitly bundled.
• Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

• Every gemstone carries an authorised gemmological certificate.
• Prices include applicable GST. Shipping is via Shiprocket — delivery 5–10 business days within India.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in original sealed packaging with the certificate intact.
• Energised/personalised products are non-returnable once consecrated.

• Astrology readings are provided for guidance only. Vedic Bharat is not liable for decisions taken based on consultations.
• Online consultations are conducted over secure video. Recording is not permitted without explicit consent.
• Cancellation up to 4 hours before the session entitles you to a full refund.

• Subscription gives non-transferable, individual access to curated digital content.
• Each PDF is watermarked with your account identity. Redistribution is prohibited.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable once accessed.

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• 80G receipts are issued only when valid PAN and address are provided at donation time.
• The Sansthan reserves the right to allocate funds across seva categories where required.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, not to impersonate any person or entity, not to interfere with platform security, and to provide accurate, current and complete information at registration.

All content — text, images, logo, ॐ marks, library texts and commentary — is the property of Vedic Bharat Sansthan or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright law.

Vedic Bharat's total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
