Shipping Policy

Carriers

All physical gemstone shipments are fulfilled through Shiprocket and routed via tier-1 carriers (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart). High-value shipments are insured and require OTP delivery.

Timelines

• Metro cities — 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Non-metro — 5–8 business days.
• Remote pin codes — up to 10 business days.
• Dispatch happens within 2 business days of confirmed payment.

Charges

Shipping is complimentary across India. International shipping is on request and quoted separately.

Tracking

Tracking links are emailed and pushed via SMS the moment a shipment is created. You can also view the live status on the Orders page in your account.

Damaged / lost shipments

Refuse delivery if the package is visibly tampered. Report damage or non-delivery within 48 hours by emailing contact@vedicbharat.net. Insurance claims are processed within 14 working days.
